Support/help tickets


to receive support for your pets a “help ticket” will be needed. in order to do this please submit the following In world to SaphireRoz Mahogany

 

Send a NC labeled as followed … Tech Issue ( Date) (SL name)

in the NC please be sure to include

  • Issue – described in as much detail as possible
  • if this affected orbs or seahorses … or both
  • how many affected
  • if this affected orbs … would you like replacement orbs or just the eggs from the orbs

Please allow 1 week to receive fixes .. most will be done before this but due to having an infant RL some may take a day or two to fix. you will receive a confirmation NC, giving you a time frame on the replacement.
